Language Intelligence supports its translators! Our project managers are helpful, quick to respond, and available to address any and all questions or concerns throughout the course of the project. They serve as a committed liaison between the client and localization team to ensure high quality and accurate on-time deliveries. Our ISO Certified Quality Management process ensures that we find only the best translators and editors to work on our projects.
We hire translators that have been working professional for a minimum of two years, are native-speakers and have a proven subject matter expertise. We give preference to translators that have experience with terminology management and translation memory technology.

Any translators applying to Language Intelligence are expected to pass through a qualification process which includes verification of past experience, a reference check, review of a sample translation and a trial period in which translation is reviewed closely by a vetted translator.
